New Career Agent Accounts |
All Career Agents once registered at the Home Office should have received an email from CMI with a link to activate your new account. You must click this link for verification and until you have completed this step you will not be able to log in. If you still have the email, you can click on it now to gain access. |
Account Already Verified |
I have already clicked the link to verify my account but still cannot log in. Remember that your user name is your e-mail address.
Your User Name and Password are case sensitive. So you must enter them exactly as submitted (e.g., cmi23$ is not the same as CMI23$).
Check your keyboards Caps Lock and make sure it is turned off. |
